You will need the following for this tutorial:

Tutorial Selection
Fill Tile ~ open in PSP and minimize.
Glass.psp ~ open in PSP and minimize.
Blade Pro preset ~ place in your enviroments & textures folder.

If you are using Super blade Pro, you may download this silverfoil preset.

Open a new image 300 x 150:

Add a new layer and name it globe.

Selections > Load from Disk... > globe2.sel

Flood fill with white.

Leave selected.

Effects > Plug-in Filters > Flaming Pear > Blade Pro > silverfoil preset:

Click ok.

Selections > Select none.

Using your Magic Wand click outside the globe circle.

Selections > Invert

Selections > Modify > Contract > 1 > ok.

Add a new layer, name it water and move it below the globe layer.

Set your top Styles box at pattern and the green tile.

Click ok.

Fill the selection with the green tile.

Leave selected.

(If you have the Variations filter and want to colorize your water, now would be a good time to do it.)
