Maximize your ship image and Edit > Copy.

Activate the tag image and Edit > Paste > Paste as new layer.

Image > Resize > 75%, Smart size, Resize all layers unchecked.

I moved my ship up a bit - not so centered in the image.

In the layer palette change the blend mode of your ship layer to Soft Light and you may want to lower the opacity.

Now all that is left is to add your text.

The font I used is Vladimir Script set to a dark blue picked from the image, #3E547C.  Be sure to add a new raster layer or create the text as a vector.

I then added an inner bevel with these settings:
Bevel shape 1
Width  1
Smoothness  15
Depth  4
Ambience  0
Shininess  80
Color white
Angle  315
Intensity  25
Elevation  30

And a drop shadow with these settings:
Horizontal & Vertical 1
Opacity 35
Blur 2
Color black

Layers > Merge > Merge visible.

Add a background and save in your preferred format.
